Do you work out at home or do you go to the gym? Whichever you do, we present to you our newest post....
Different types of people in the gym **Disclaimer, some actions depicted in the photos should not be replicated or you might get chased out**
1. The serious gymmer
There will always be that one serious person who is so motivated to keep their body fit and will keep doing until they are really exhausted.
2. The first timer
Pushing a machine meant for the legs
No words can describe this stupidity
The head banger aka the shaolin monk
The horse rider ;)
Scared to start (?)
PS: I am sure no one really does this their first time but this is just for laughs. :)
3. The Noisy one
Whatever they do, must make sure the whole gym can hear them.
Not even his friend but kaypo
4. The " instructor "
That one friend who always know the right postures and ways to do the equipments properly.
5. The slacker
Those people who go to the gym, pay the fee and make use of the facilities the wrong way.
He could do better.
Need I say more?
Nonetheless whether which category of gym person you belong to, it is a good to start working out.
SO, THATS ALL FOR THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF GYMMERS!

Why gym or work out? To build your external image, have muscles, have good shape. Do you know exercising actually makes you more awake in the day?
Whether you train for personal fitness or beauty, the main tip is to finish your sets with a burn at the muscle group your working on, that is the gauge that your muscles have pushed themselves to its best.
If your doing cardiovascular workouts(eg, running, cycling, swimming etc), make sure you sweat it all out just like you came out of the shower.
Remember Your body has no limits, only your mind needs persuading!
